- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive a confirmation email or message once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Time
- Delivery within India typically takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location.
- Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
- Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the website.
4. Delays
While we strive to deliver your orders on time, 4strel is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service issues, weather, or natural events
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
- High-demand or festive seasons
5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you can track your package using the tracking link or AWB number provided in your confirmation message or email.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately at 4strel.co@gmail.com
To claim a replacement for a damaged product, a complete unboxing video is mandatory.
7. Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly. Orders with incorrect addresses cannot be modified once shipped, and 4strel will not be responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect information.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be added soon.
