At 4strel, every product goes through a strict quality check before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to help.
Replacement Only
We currently offer replacements only — no refunds are provided under any circumstances.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any claim, a complete unboxing video is mandatory.
- The video must clearly show the package being opened for the first time.
- Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Replacement
Your replacement request will be approved only if:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
(camera covering/uncovered not considered as defective) - You contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- You provide the unboxing video as proof.
How to Request a Replacement
- Email us at 4strel.co@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @4strelofficial with your order details and video proof.
- Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement for you as soon as possible.

- No replacement for change of mind or wrong model selection.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
